You'll be welcomed into the winery and accompanied on a tour of the vineyards surrounding the estate. You'll discover how we care for our vines and our land, including our organic production philosophy. We'll move among the barrels, where we'll explain each stage of the winemaking process: here, our wines come to life, develop structure, mature, and refine.
After the winery tour, you'll move to the tasting room, where you'll enjoy five of our wines paired with traditional dishes in a family-friendly atmosphere. During the tasting, all the characteristics and unique features of each wine will be explained.
The tasting with food and wine pairing is available on Saturdays and Sundays, starting at 12:30 PM.
