- Tour of the winery and barrel cellar
- Tasting of 4 wines paired with 4 local finger foods:
Mortadella with orange and almonds from the Salumificio Artigianale Morselli
Sicilian Primosale
Sfincione with tomato, onion and anchovies
Almond cake or other sweet treat.
