• Guided tour of the winery and barrel cellar.
• Tasting of 4 wines from the winery's finest selection paired with 4 gourmet finger foods: Bruschetta with ricotta and anchovy, Raw red prawn (with Civolìa oil and lemon zest), Eggplant parmigiana with flakes of salted ricotta, Chocolate salami "our way" or other Sicilian dessert, Black bread from Castelvetrano, a Slow Food presidium.
