Your visit begins with a guided tour of the ancestral winery, where you’ll learn about the ancient wine making method—fermenting wine in clay amphorae (Talhas).
After exploring the winery, settle in for a tasting of four talha wines, each expressing the unique terroir and character of Alentejo.
The wines are paired with traditional snacks: bread, cheeses, pork sausage, and local olive oil—each bite enhancing the flavors of the wines and connecting you to the land’s rich gastronomy.
