The Herdade Grande Summer Tasting offers an authentic introduction to the wines and terroir of the Alentejo region. Located just 5 kilometers from Vidigueira, Herdade Grande is a family estate renowned for its commitment to quality and tradition.
This experience begins with a guided tour of the vineyards and winery, where you’ll learn about the estate’s unique terroir characterized by warm climate and schist soils, as well as the winemaking philosophy that blends innovation with respect for tradition.
Following the tour, enjoy a tasting of four wines: Dama White, Dama Red, Antão Vaz White, and Rosé. These wines are paired with a tasting of the estate’s extra virgin olive oil and accompanied by traditional homemade Alentejo bread, providing a true taste of the region’s gastronomic heritage.
