Cantine Astroni is a historic, family-run winery nestled on the outer slopes of the Astroni crater, within the protected State Natural Reserve and WWF oasis near Naples.

Founded by the Varchetta family, whose winemaking tradition spans over a century, the estate is deeply rooted in the volcanic heart of the Phlegraean fields—a land shaped by fire, sea breezes, and myth.

The winery’s four estates—Astroni Vineyard, Camaldoli Estate, Emperatrice Vineyard, and Jossa Estate—each offer unique microclimates and soils, ideal for cultivating indigenous Campanian grapes like Falanghina and Piedirosso.
