Next, we’ll take you into the vat room and barrel cellar, where we’ll unveil some of the secrets behind the winemaking and aging process of our wines.
Your experience continues with a barrel tasting of Merlot and Cabernet, offering a rare glimpse into our wines as they mature—before the blending stage—highlighting the unique expression of each grape variety.
To conclude, we invite you to enjoy a curated tasting of three wines from the Dauriac family estates: a cuvée from Château Destieux, Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé, along with two cuvées from Château Montlisse, Saint-Émilion Grand Cru, recently elevated to Grand Cru Classé status in 2022.
