France, Bordeaux, Château Destieux - Prestige Tasting of the Dauriac Vineyards
Château Destieux, a Grand Cru Classé located on one of the highest points of Saint-Émilion, is unique both for the magnificent view it offers over the vineyard and for its distinctive terroir.
• The visit will begin in the vineyards, allowing visitors to appreciate the beauty of the site as well as to understand how the terroir and our work in the vineyard contribute to the quality of the grapes.
• We will then take you to the vat room and the barrel cellar to reveal some of the secrets behind the making and aging of our wines.
The barrel tasting (Merlot and Cabernet) will allow you to discover the wines during their aging process, before blending, revealing the unique character of each grape variety.
We save the best for last with a tasting of a vintage from Château La Clémence (Pomerol), Château Destieux (Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé), and Château Montlisse (Saint-Émilion Grand Cru – promoted to Grand Cru Classé in 2022).
