Come and learn the art of sabrage!
The sabrage workshop is a unique experience that allows you to learn the art of sabrage in complete safety. You will be guided by a professional who will explain the history and techniques of sabrage. You will then taste the sabred bottle of champagne.
The Cuillier - De Sloovere champagne house was born from the union of two families of passionate winegrowers who share the same ideals: quality champagnes with practices that respect biodiversity and our soils. We are constantly evolving our practices to combine modernity with our ancestral practices.
Through these wine tourism workshops, the Cuillier - De Sloovere house invites you to discover a unique place steeped in history and to learn about the practices of environmentally conscious winegrowers.
We'll teach you how to sabrage in a fun and safe way, so you can try it again at home and without risk. You'll have the opportunity to practice sabrage on an empty bottle to get started, and finish with a tasting of sabred champagne. (1 sabred bottle per group of 8 people)
