• The itinerary of the visit follows the entire journey of the grapes from the vineyard to the bottle.
• Thanks to the guidance of qualified personnel, guests will experience the main processes of vine breeding, as well as grape processing in the cellar.
• Specifically, in addition to having historical, scientific and mythological information on the host territory, guests will learn the qualitative management of the vineyards and the main cellar techniques such as: winemaking, fermentation, refinement, bottling.
• The educational visit will then conclude with the creation of a tasting workshop.
ARRIVAL AND RECEPTION
Transfer to the vineyards and stop on the crater in the educational area. Here a guide will lead visitors to discover the area and its winemaking peculiarities.
MOVING TO THE CELLAR
Visit to the winemaking, aging and barrel cellar areas: inside the production cellar a guide will illustrate the work in the cellar, the visitor led through tanks, steel vats and men at work will assist in the explanation of the function of the machines, the choices technologies and corporate philosophy.
TASTING LABORATORY
Wine tasting and simultaneous illustration of its characteristics: in this phase the interaction of the guests will be encouraged and they will be invited to express judgments on the organoleptic notes of the wine on the basis of the recognition of aromas and flavors. Guests will taste 3 wines, accompanied by a platter of typical local products.
