Wines for tasting: Palmarès, sparkling wine Martinotti method | Midor, Catarratto | Dumè, Frappato | Grillodoro, late harvest 'muffato' from Grillo.
- Welcome and introduction to the winery with a view of the waters of the WWF-protected nature reserve Lago Preola and Gorghi Tondi, a stone's throw from the winery.
- Guided tour of the cellar and barrique cellar.
- Tasting of 4 wines paired with 4 local finger foods:
- Mortadella orange and almonds from Salumificio Artigianale Morselli
- Sicilian Primosale
- Sfincione with tomato, onion and anchovies
- Almond cake
