During the visit, you’ll tour the cellar and learn about organic approach and winemaking philosophy. The tasting features three wines: the aromatic white Viognier "La Merla," the elegant red Chianti DOCG "Poggio alla Farnia," and the distinctive Tuscan Vermouth "Giammino." Wines are paired with fresh bread drizzled with Gli Archi’s organic extra virgin olive oil and accompanied by a curated selection of local cold cuts, cheeses, and crostini.
