After the carriage ride, you’ll be welcomed into the estate’s winery and barrique cellar, where you’ll discover the secrets behind their organic winemaking practices and the story of the family-run estate.
The tour continues with a guided tasting of three organic wines: Viognier "La Merla," Chianti "Poggio alla Farnia," and Merlot "Gaia." Wines are paired with homemade bread drizzled with Gli Archi’s own extra virgin olive oil, alongside a delicious selection of local cold cuts, cheeses, and crostini.
