"San Fortunato" tasting is a suitable offer for red wine lovers. It includes an introduction to the history of our winery and the tasting of our five red wines paired with the Umbrian food products of our production: capocollo cured meat and Bocconcello bread, bruschetta with lentil and truffle sauce, bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil, La Veneranda crouton, salami, and aged sausage, aged Pecorino cheese and red wine jelly, Tozzetti.
Wines in tasting: Riccardo I IGT, Montefalco DOC Rosso, Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG, Elli Umbria IGT Rosso, Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG Passito.
