"San Francesco" tasting will take you through the introduction to the history of La Veneranda, followed by a rich tasting of all our wines (8 wines) paired with Umbrian food products of our production: fresh Pecorino cheese and white wine jelly, onion cream bruschetta, aged ham and white pizza, Capocollo and Bocconcello bread, bruschetta with lentil and truffle sauce, bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil, La Veneranda crouton, salami, aged sausage, aged Pecorino cheese and red wine jelly, Tozzetti pastry.
Wines in tasting: Aureo IGT, Montefalco DOC Grechetto, Federico II IGT, Riccardo I IGT,Montefalco DOC Rosso, Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG, Elli Umbria IGT Rosso, Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG Passito.
