This tasting offers the Rivaluce Prosecco experience, thoughtfully designed with a special food pairing. Guests will enjoy our three DOCG wines, each paired with a curated selection of local fish, chosen from the best varieties found throughout the region—from the Alps to the rivers. Fish is the perfect pairing to highlight the elegance and quality of our wines.
The tour provides insight into the unique characteristics of the Prosecco territory, explaining the differences between its various areas, as well as the thoughtful renovation of the winery and the design choices behind it.
The experience takes place in a newly renovated space, specifically created to celebrate the region and the unique identity of Prosecco production—featuring a scenographic wine shop indoors and a panoramic rooftop terrace outdoors.
