The Wine Tasting Experience is a tasting of 5 wines of excellence, selected from the most representative of our labels including our Vermouth of Amarone, which talks about terroir, ancient history and out-of-the-box sensoriality.
Following this carefully-reasoned sensorial sequence, the visitor receives a very complete impression of the nature and style of Ca’ Rugate wines.
The wines to be tasted represent the most authentic expression of the three denominations - Soave Classico – Valpolicella – Lessini Durello – where the Tessari Family have always cultivated their vines. These are vineyards cultivated at considerable altitude, on terraced ground with slopes that can exceed 30%.
The heroic winegrowing in these terrains has always yielded unique wines, real “emotions in a bottle” that can challenge the passing of time.
