The visit to Jaume Serra begins with a short walk through our vineyards, the best option to isolate yourself from the world and connect as never before with cava and all its richness. Smell, touch and feel our varieties and the special charm that each grape holds. 

In the winery and vinification area we show you the reception point for the hoppers, destemmers, as well as the vinification process and the area where the blend of wines (coupage) is prepared to make the cava. 

Then we visit the room with the wine line and the room where you can enjoy American and French oak barrels. We move on to the cava making process, explaining the traditional method. We show you the cellars and the process of elaboration: arrimado, remuage and disgorging. 

You will be able to walk among 50 million bottles that rest calmly and are kept in a horizontal position for a minimum of 9 months. 

And as the icing on the cake, you will enjoy a guided tasting of our famous cavas in our shop.
