Gerações Da Talha is a celebrated family winery in Vila de Frades, the heart of Alentejo’s Talha wine tradition, with a legacy spanning back to the mid-18th century. Founded by Francisco Nogueira Anacleto and maintained by his descendants, who are deeply committed to preserving the authenticity of Talha winemaking. This estate is dedicated to preserving and promoting the ancient Roman method of producing Talha wine—fermentation and aging in large clay pots called talhas.
