This selection of aged wines pays tribute to those who inspired the spark of this dream: Matilde, the founder's mother, and Guillermo, his son, who turned his gratitude into wine.
Each of these wines, aged for more than 24 months in barrels, contains more elegance and structure. They are bottles full of stories, silent love, respect, and vision.
This experience begins with a tour of the winery, a guided visit, and a five-glass tasting: ZunZun + Barrica + Línea Lamadrid + Matilde + Guillermo
A pairing with homemade breads made with sourdough and our Premium Olive Oil.
