WINE TASTING
Introduction to the territory of Prosecco, with information regarding winemaking methods and different production areas.
Sensory analysis of four Prosecco DOCG Superiore di Cartizze sparkling wines, with a description of their organoleptic properties.
FOOD PAIRING
The wines will be served with 2 cheeses, salty breadsticks and a local dry cake (the appetizers are not to be considered a meal).
TOUR OF THE WINERY AND VINEYARDS
Guided tour of the winery and a walk in Cartizze vineyards, learning about the production and vinification process, organic cultivation practices and meeting the centenarian vines of Cartizze. The tour ends on a panoramic viewpoint.

Good to know before you book: KIDS POLICY: children can join in the tasting room, as long as they do not create discomfort for the other participants. In case of noisy kids we invite parents to accompany their children in the room next door, where there are coloring books. PETS POLICY: Pets are NOT allowed in the tasting room. We have wide outdoors spaces where you can walk them on a leash.
