• Solar Terra Brum is Pico’s oldest wine estate, and it is located right in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage vineyards.
• You'll learn about the rich history of winemaking in Pico island, and visit part of the old production facilities of the Solar.
• You can also exclusively taste wines from the nearby Faial island, where Adega do Vulcão is the only wine producer.
• The tasting takes place in a unique setting: the beautiful garden, from which you have a direct view on the 80-years old vineyards of the Solar and Pico mountain.

The Classic Tasting includes 3 white wines and an additional wine of the client's choice, among a Rosé, a Claret, or a Red.
The visit lasts about an hour and includes a tour of the garden and part of the old production facilities of the Solar.

Good to know before you book: Adega do Vulcão’s wine tasting is located in the historic Solar Terra Brum, at the heart of Criação Velha, a UNESCO World Heritage wine region. The Solar is easily accessible from Madalena: it is just a 5-minute drive or 30-minute walk from the ferry terminal.
Monday to Saturday between 12 pm and 7 pm.
