The winery specializes in Vernaccia di Oristano, a native white grape variety known for its unique style and complexity. Vineyards span around 12 hectares, planted using traditional upward-trained vertical-trellis systems designed to nurture the delicate grape clusters. The harvest is meticulous, using specialized containers to preserve grape integrity. After fermentation, Vernaccia wines are aged in barrels for several years, developing rich aromatic layers.
