Winery Description:

Run by the fifth generation of the family, the Amézola sisters—who became Spain’s youngest winemakers in 1999—this estate is a pioneer within the D.O.Ca. Rioja. The winery’s sixty hectares of vineyards surround the château, designed in the elegant French château style. Committed to quality and tradition, the estate follows a self-supply grape model, being one of the first to implement this system in the D.O.Ca. Rioja region. Our winery follows the model of self-supply of grapes, and was the pioneer in the implementation of this system in the D.O.Ca. Rioja. Knowing that wine is born on the vine, all our efforts are focused on the care of our vineyards and our grapes. Having our own vineyards and cultivating them directly allows us to rigorously control the entire field process with the desire to always obtain the highest quality in our grapes.
