View! Yellows and greens mark early summer, red skies the autumn sunset, with blue Pyrenean peaks guarding the peaceful Somontane land. Somontano is the Pyrenean foothills, Mediterranean in climate, ranging from 3ºC in January to 22ºC in August-perfect for vines to flourish and produce the revered fruit.

Smell! Our wineries smell of tradition and living history. The Borruel family-Gregorio as winemaker, Félix in viticulture, and Ángel in management-honors a wine tradition with aromas recalling knights and feudal lords, rooted in underground cellars dating back to 1480 and also preserving 19th-century remains.

Winery Description:

Bodegas Osca, the oldest winery in Somontano and Spain, dates back to the 15th century with underground cellars from 1480, offering a unique historical wine experience. The winery features a wide range of wines from indigenous and classic varieties such as Garnacha, Moristel, Macabeo, Syrah, and Gewurztraminer, including the only Somontano Gran Reserva. Visitors can tour the historic cellars and vineyards, enjoy guided tastings of multiple wine varieties, and immerse themselves in centuries of winemaking tradition and family passion. About 20% of their wines are exported internationally, reflecting their blend of cultural heritage and modern innovation. Our “O” is the core of our visual identity, combining photography and unique graphics for each wine, blending tradition, terroir, and innovation to strengthen our global brand and give our wines distinct personality!
