Winery Description:

The Chateau Cristi vineyard is the heart of our wines, the place where their unique character is born. Located in the south of Moldova, it is situated in a picturesque area, close to the Danube Delta and Lake Cahul. This region is known for its unique microclimate, which combines the warmth of the southern sun, cool breezes from bodies of water and moderate humidity. The large amplitudes of day and night temperatures during the ripening period of the grapes allow us to maintain optimal levels of acidity in the grapes, while obtaining the necessary levels of phenolic maturity of the grapes – which ensures exceptional flavor qualities of our wines.
