Our rustic winery is like no other place in the Temecula Valley. Winemaking at Danza del Sol is a balance of artistry, science, and passion, brought to life under the warm Temecula Valley sun. Guided by winemaker Justin Knight—a Temecula native whose journey began in the tasting room and grew through years of hands-on experience in the cellar—our wines reflect both heritage and innovation. Blending old-world traditions with modern techniques, we craft Mediterranean-inspired varietals that are approachable, vibrant, and meant to be enjoyed together. Each bottle tells the story of our land and community, celebrating the unique spirit of Temecula in every sip.
