Winery Description:
HUS Wines is a young, family-run boutique winery located in the Hebiller area of Urla, on the Aegean coast of Turkey. Founded in 2018 by Juan Pablo Diaz Leon, who grew up in Chile's winemaking tradition, and his wife Ceylan Ertörer Diaz Leon, whose family has deep vineyard roots in Urla, the estate combines international wine expertise with local heritage. The winery is uniquely situated between two seas—Izmir Bay to the north and Sığacık Bay to the south—benefiting from a mild Aegean climate with strong cooling winds that moderate the hot summers.
HUS Wines released their first vintage in 2019 and have steadily built a reputation for quality and originality.
The winery also features a restaurant with progressive dishes that complement their wines, tasting room and a terrace overlooking the vineyards.
