Cantina Rino Sartori is a family-owned winery founded in the early 1970s in San Pietro in Cariano, Valpolicella Classica. Today we oversee around 160 hectares of vineyards, crafting celebrated Valpolicella wines—such as Amarone DOCG, Valpolicella Ripasso and Recioto DOCG—as well as Prosecco and Lugana. Our winemaking merges generational tradition with modern innovation: grapes are processed right after harvest, while the best are dried for months under certified supervision. Committed to environmental stewardship, our vineyards are SQNPI-certified, and they employ green practices like cover crops, pheromone treatments, composting, and biodegradable materials—extending sustainability into office processes. Our wines are globally recognized, winning awards and reaching markets in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
