Tenuta Le Colonne is located in Donoratico, Tuscany, in the southernmost part of the Bolgheri appellation. Its unique position just a few steps from the Tyrrhenian Sea gives the vineyards a distinctive maritime character, with sandy and volcanic soils that contribute to the complexity and minerality of the wines. The estate covers approximately 60 hectares planted with internationally renowned red varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Syrah, and Merlot, alongside the aromatic white grape Vermentino.

Since acquiring the property in 2016, Argentine entrepreneur Alejandro Bulgheroni has invested in sustainable viticulture practices, leading to full organic certification in 2019.
