Paul Schandl, leading the estate today with his wife Elle, draws inspiration from the terroir around Lake Neusiedl. His philosophy? Each vintage is like a photograph of the growing year—sunlight, soil, rain, and warmth—all captured in every bottle. That’s why some wines are only produced in years when conditions are just right. They are especially dedicated to preserving historic grape varieties such as Furmint, Gelber Muskateller, and Welschriesling.
