Italy, Campania, Florami - "Piede Franco" Experience
This tasting experience takes place directly in FLORAMI's ungrafted vineyard, nestled between Mount Vesuvius and Capri.
First, you will approach the now rare technique of ungrafted viticulture, a cornerstone of the Vesuvian winemaking tradition. Then you will have the opportunity to delve into its details directly by observing the vines that, thanks to the absence of grafting on American vines, are able to provide a pure Falanghina.
You will then take a seat at one of FLORAMI's tasting terraces to learn about their two labels, both of which are made through a maceration process of white grapes. Maceration of white varieties is, in fact, a second cornerstone of the Vesuvian winemaking tradition.
You will taste the two wines paired with focaccia with EVO oil and a typical Neapolitan sandwich.
