We will start the tour with a chocolate experience.

First, try Bicerin, the traditional hot cup recipe consumed in the 19th century cafés and patisseries that we will be visiting. Sampling a selection of traditional chocolates like Gianduiotto, Cremino and a seasonal praline and moving to premium dark versions made with Criollo cocoa. We'll discuss the global issues and challenges that have been inspiring chocolatiers' creativity. The tasting will include a white wine like Arneis or Erbaluce and a red wine like Nebbiolo, Barbera, or Dolcetto. Each wine will be thoughtfully paired with locally sourced delicacies.
