Experience a welcoming Sicilian wine tasting set in a cozy countryside cellar surrounded by vineyards. In this 90-minute visit, a guide introduces the winery’s philosophy and the island’s rich traditions. You’ll explore three local wines—Grillo, Nero d’Avola, and Passito Zibibbo—each expressing the character of Sicily’s landscapes and grape varieties. Alongside the wines, guests are served classic regional foods such as bruschette with sun-dried tomato or olive pâté, local Primo Sale cheese, green olives, caponata, and artisanal biscuits paired with Passito. The experience highlights craftsmanship, sustainable agriculture, and the stories behind each product.
