Held in the winery’s cellar, you’ll learn about sustainable winemaking using native yeasts, spontaneous fermentation, and zero added sulfites, reflecting respect for the land and tradition. Taste indigenous Tuscan varieties like Trebbiano Toscano, Procanico, Ansonica, Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, and Colorino, crafted with minimal intervention and bottled sustainably. Complementary local delicacies—aged sausage, prosciutto, aromatic lardo, preserves, sauces, fresh bread, and the “Biscotto Salato di Roccalbegna”—enhance the experience. Optional vineyard walks showcase historic terraced vines, while a stroll through medieval Roccalbegna reveals its fortress, cliffs, and river.
