• The activity takes place in the enchanting, picture-post card Chianti area, about 20 minutes driving from Florence. 
• You will be collected at dawn directly at your hotel by a professional driver, which will accommodate you in a comfortable and spacious Mercedes vehicle. 
• The trip itself will be worth the early wake: you will leave Florence behind you in the direction of Chianti wine area, where cypresses, gentle hills and lush vineyards will be your travel companions. 
• You will arrive at destination about 30 minutes before the private balloon flight and you will be welcomed by our crew. 
• You will be able to watch the preparations: if you are a passionate photographer will have the best time, as you will admire these majestic creatures slowly inflating, as the flames dance in the dawn.

After the balloon is inflated and conditions are confirmed safe, your pilot will help you into the basket and give a brief orientation. Then you’ll take off for a one-hour private flight, rising up to 2,000 feet (609 m) to enjoy breathtaking views of Tuscany, Florence, vineyards, hills, and Brunelleschi’s Cupola. Don’t forget to take photos!

After landing, enjoy a delicious local breakfast with a glass of bubbly while the crew packs up the balloon. Your private driver will then take you back to your accommodation.

You’ll receive a confirmation email after booking, and the exact pick-up time will be sent the night before—usually just before sunrise. Landings vary with the wind, but the crew will guide you and keep everything safe. Please let us know about any special needs or mobility concerns.
