Niš has always been a city at a crossroads. And at crossroads, stories that change the world have always been born.
One of the greatest begins in the time of Constantine the Great, when wine gains a new, decisive role and becomes a central symbol of Christian liturgy.
As the Emperor places bread and wine at the foundation of the rite, red grape varieties are planted in the area of today’s Niš for the everyday needs of the Church, from where they spread throughout the Empire.
100 Women Winery is located in the very land this took place.
In our vineyards, each woman has her own piece of land., each representing the character of its owner.
This tour would guide the visitors through various pieces of the whole puzzle, showcasing different varieties of grapes and telling a story about its history and its role in the winery's portfolio.
The host will make wine tasting available at the winery, along with lunch, making sure the visitors have a tasteful and pleasant experience.

Good to know before you book: The vineyards are located 20km from the City of Nis (city center) and 17km from the nearest airport. Vehicles are needed to come to the vineyards. In case you would be needing to rent vehicles, you can contact the host prior to your visit and we can schedule car rentals for you.
