Bodega Son Juliana is a modern organic winery, situated in the scenic Mallorcan countryside between Santa Eugènia and Biniali.
The estate’s seven hectares of vineyards cultivate a diverse range of international and native Mallorcan grape varieties, reflecting the island’s rich viticultural heritage. Son Juliana combines meticulous organic farming with sustainable, energy-efficient winemaking methods, harnessing solar and wind power to minimize environmental impact.
Designed by Munarq Arquitectes, the winery is a 1,300 m² facility constructed with local marés stone and ceramic bricks, featuring an underground cellar with stone gabion walls and a cork-insulated roof to maintain constant ideal conditions for fermentation and maturation.
This winery is not only a haven for wine lovers but also an architectural landmark that showcases an innovative, ecologically conscious approach to winemaking.
