Castel di Salve is a renowned family-run estate in Salento, southern Apulia, where the Winspeare family has been crafting wines since 1885. Now managed by the fourth and fifth generations, the winery stands as a monument of 19th-century industrial architecture, constructed from local stone and set opposite the historic Winspeare castle.

The heart of their agricultural activity is the Masseria Bosco Belvedere estate, situated at the geographical center of southern Salento, where the unique terroir shapes the character of their wines.
