The estate cultivates a refined blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes sourced from prestigious Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards, including Avize, Ambonnay, and Bouzy. Their flagship Brut cuvée is crafted with 40% reserve wines and aged 42 months on lees, resulting in a complex Champagne with aromas of citrus, brioche, almond, and dried fruits, balanced by a lively acidity and fine mousse.
