• Museum - Born from a collection of old machinery, the THEOTOKY ESTATE MUSEUM shows the evolution in the wine making from the beginning of this century and how harder the process of wine making was.

• Through pictures, it shows the feet fouling of the grapes, the old grape press and the collection of the juice in wooden baskets. The old barrels have a special glass isolating the wine from taking air.

• Library -The collection comprises some 35,000 ancient and modern books, maps, engravings and journals specialising in the history, art, iconography, religion and law of the Byzantine Empire, the Balkans and the Ionian Islands.

Theotoky Estate with its sprawling 120 hectares predominantly featuring olive trees, complemented by diverse woodlands of oaks, cypresses, and pines, offers a beautiful and serene environment. Certified organic since 2016 and commited to biodynamic practices not only highlights a dedication to sustainability but also enhances the quality of the produce. The vineyard spans just 5 hectares and is situated about 30 meters above sea level on clay soil, which provides a unique terroir. The estate has a five generation history, and it was mentioned in the 1981 movie For Your Eyes Only, as at the casino James Bond ask for a THEOTOKY aspro ( white ) . The focus on Robola for white wine is particularly interesting, as it's a variety with deep historical roots in the region, and having vines that are over 60 years old speaks to the quality and tradition of your wine production. Additionally, the choice of Syrah for rosé and Cabernet Sauvignon for red wine adds a nice diversity.
